August 2010: Client charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol and related vehicle and traffic violations. Not Guilty of all charges after trial. (Village of Harriman Justice Court, People v. Silvia S.)

May 2011: Client charged with Felony D.W.I. Not guilty of all charges after trial. (Village of Warwick Justice Court, People v. Roman K.)

August 2011: Client charged with Assault in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief and related charges after striking ex-boyfriend with car. Not guilty of all charges after jury trial. (Village of Warwick Justice Court, People v. Lara M.)

October 2011: Client charged with Felony Burglary in the Third Degree, Petit Larceny and related charges after allegation of breaking into a school. Pursuant to extensive negotiations, client offered violation of Disorderly Conduct and Community Service. (Town of Shawangunk Court, People v. Anthony H.)

July 2012: After vehicle and traffic stop, client charged with Felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. After Indictment, all charges dismissed. (Orange County Court Indictment 2011-695)

May 2013: Client charged and indicted on charges of Felony Gang Assault for an incident arising out of the Town of Wallkill. Violation of defendant’s Miranda Rights during questioning. April 2014: After execution of search warrant, Client charged with numerous counts of felony drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child. Despite defendant’s full written confession all charges dismissed after motion to dismiss pursuant to CPL 30.30, 30.20 for violation of client’s speedy trial rights. June 2014: Client charged on four separate dates with Felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (2x), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (2x), Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance Near School Grounds, and related charges in Orange and Ulster County.
